Hot off the Press!

Must see - video of our new rain simulator. This will test new or old roofs for leaks, proper drainage, gutters, downspouts and landscaping water runoff. This is not included with every inspection. It is an option at an additional price. Ask for details. This test is especially designed for roofs that cannot be walked on like tile roofs that might be damaged by walking. It is also specifically designed for two story homes since one story homes can usually be sprayed with a garden hose. Garden hoses will NOT work with 2 story roofs in most cases.

Remember - every inspection is guaranteed - "If we miss it we fix it"
