There are two VERY important issues that may affect you if these are not caught by your inspector:

1. Free standing Ranges MUST be secured to prevent them from tipping over if a child or adult sits or leans on the oven door.

2. If there has been a copper repipe of the water pipes, the GROUND connection to the AC main power panel MIGHT BE OPEN!
