If you have not seen IR or thermal imaging yet you will be amazed and excited about how much more can be detected in a home inspection. This technology can detect water in walls, ceilings and floors that cannot be seen by the human eye. IR is also effective for detecting heating or cooling leaks in attics and insulation defects in walls and floors. There are several methods of implementing thermal inspection. One is by the use of a handheld thermal spot sensor, another is the use of cameras that can show entire walls and ceilings. S&S is now doing spot thermal scanning on all suspected leak areas in every inspection.

You may also have entire homes thermally scanned with accurate cameras. This will detect insulation defects and temperature loss through walls, ceilings and floors. If your client would like this additional service, call us for pricing.
